Ordering & Shipping

We have a minimum product order of 10 apples of the same type.  We do appreciate your business but due to the perishable nature of our product we do not offer any refunds or replacements.  Please call us at 973-772-0837 and we can assist you in placing your order.  We strongly recommend scrolling this entire page for detailed information and hours of operation.  We do not offer online ordering.

When
Orders are shipped out Monday through Thursday depending on days in transit via UPS per ship to address from our facility in NJ.  We have a UPS Ground Transit Time map below for you to reference. As our Gourmet Apples are perishable we avoid shipping on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. For shipping orders, please place orders at least 5 business days prior ship date.  We can not offer any refunds or replacements on shipped out orders, shipping is at your own risk.

For customer pick ups, we request 5 business days prior to pick up date.

Your order will be handled with the utmost care - we are particular about freshness and for this reason your apples are made especially for you - we only dip and coat your apples after we have received your order - we do not keep an inventory of apples.

 Please keep in mind all products should be refrigerated to ensure freshness. The shelf life of refrigerated products are 4-5 days for our hard shell red candy apples and 10-12 days for caramel and chocolate apples.

Where
At the present time we can not ship internationally, or to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, Military Bases (A.P.O. & F.B.O.) and Canada.

During the months of January - August for the general public: We do not have set hours during the week but are here most of the time.  If we happen not to be here when you call, please leave a message and we will return your phone call a.s.a.p.   Pick up orders are by appointment only and pick up is on Friday. We request 5 business days prior to pick up day to process your order.  We are not open on weekends during this time frame.  Please note although we are open to the public and we appreciate your business, we are a wholesaler.  Therefore, we are not always available and why our hours are what they are.  Our wholesale business takes us out of the office occasionally during these months.
